What to Expect:
As an IT Auditor, you will be responsible for independently planning and executing system, process, and network audits in compliance.
Your role will involve formulating and implementing concrete action plans to strengthen the internal control system and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes.
You will be tasked with preparing audit reports and presenting audit results to the responsible management.
Additionally, the job requires auditing IT General Controls (ITGC) for compliance with SOX requirements, coordinating audit and SOX activities with internal and external contacts, and serving as a trusted advisor to audit clients in business areas.
This role also entails contributing to the improvement of audit methodology and tools and providing support for automation and digitalization projects.
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training.
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience, preferably in an international auditing firm or an internal audit department of an international company.
- In-depth knowledge of processes and systems (hardware, software, and networks).
- Comprehensive knowledge of SOX and IT General Controls, with basic knowledge of LINUX/UNIX being an advantage.
- Familiarity with auditing and auditing standards.
- Strong team collaboration skills, proactivity, and effective communication skills.
- Professional certificates (e.g., CIA, CISA, CISM) and knowledge of information security and data protection are advantageous, especially in the mobile telecommunications sector and in the final examination.
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of German.
