Leonid Group is privileged to be retained by leading packaging company to appoint an Ethics & Compliance Manager, responsible for the APAC Region, based in Shanghai, China.
What if your compliance expertise didn’t just ensure rules are followed, but actively shaped how business is done across one of the most dynamic regions in the world?
This is a high-impact role where you will help define and strengthen the Ethics & Compliance agenda across APAC, partnering directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in HR, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Commercial functions.
Your work will influence decisions across multiple markets and play a critical role in embedding integrity into everyday business operations.
You will be at the center of key compliance activities - leading and supporting internal investigations, conducting risk assessments, and identifying emerging risks across diverse APAC environments. From anti-corruption and third-party due diligence to monitoring controls and improving compliance frameworks, your expertise will directly reduce risk and protect the organization at scale.
Beyond investigations and monitoring, you will help build a stronger ethical culture. You will deliver engaging compliance training, support the speak-up and hotline programs, and ensure employees across the region understand not just the “rules,” but the “why” behind them.
Your insights will help shape continuous improvement of global compliance standards.
This role offers significant autonomy and visibility - you will be trusted to operate independently, manage complex priorities, and escalate key issues to regional leadership with confidence and clarity.
- We are looking for someone with 8–10 years of experience in ethics, compliance, legal, audit, investigations, or risk management, ideally within multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of anti-corruption frameworks and compliance programs is essential, and certifications such as CCEP, CIA, or equivalent are highly valued.
