Responsibilities:
- Influence product strategy with your compliance knowledge.
- Filter and prioritize ideas and requests from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy.
- Create high-quality, legally sound compliance content and workflows to help customers optimize their compliance programs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure customer-centric decision-making.
- Develop and implement training plans for the organization, focusing on compliance programs and risk areas.
- Support the sales team by providing expert insights and assessing customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in a non-financial in-house compliance role.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong expertise in multiple compliance domains (e.g., anti-corruption, trade compliance, competition law, AML, ESG).
- Familiarity with various compliance program elements.
- Enthusiastic about enhancing compliance programs through digitalization, automation, data insights, and AI.
