What You'll Do:
- Lead and contribute to complex audit engagements as part of the company’s Corporate Audit Plan.
- Ensure all audits and advisory engagements align with internal audit standards (IIA, DIIR).
- Conduct interviews, control tests, and data analyses for assigned topics.
- Translate findings into clear, concise reports and high-quality working papers.
- Identify risks and propose improvements for business processes, IT governance, and internal controls.
- Build strong relationships with auditees and foster a collaborative audit environment.
- Support internal improvement and digitalization initiatives, including Continuous Auditing and Monitoring.
What Makes You a Good Fit:
- University degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration (with IT focus), or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a multinational environment (e.g., external auditing, internal audit, IT risk management, information security, or internal controls).
- Relevant industry certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP) or a willingness to pursue further development.
- Strong knowledge of IT risk areas (e.g., Cybersecurity, Service Continuity Management, Software Development) and diverse IT infrastructures (cloud computing, OT/ICS environments, SAP, etc.).
- Familiarity with IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel up to 20% (including internationally).
