Leonid's Phil Redhead and Jamie Browne recently presented to ASDOP (the Swiss DPO Association) on hiring trends in privacy. This covered a number of key themes, including the recruitment landscape, salary data and flexible working policies and team and career development.
Following the presentation, they collected some anonymous data from the attendees, regarding their own salaries and careers. The attached pdf gives a visual summary of the findings.
